Do you handle permits?
Yes. If your project requires permits (plumbing, electrical, structural), we coordinate that as part of the project. You don't have to manage it.
Can I keep my existing layout?
Yes. Plenty of projects keep the existing footprint and focus on new cabinets, countertops, tile, and fixtures. Layout changes are an option when the space calls for it. We'll walk through what makes sense.
